Mr. Grammer is a former law enforcement officer.  His background can help see that you get the aggressive representation that you need and deserve.  His Law enforcement assignments have included: Traffic Accident Investigator, Undercover Narcotics Officer for a multi- jurisdictional task force, K-9 handler & trainer with both Narcotics and Patrol Canines, Aerial Narcotics Interdiction, Police Instructor, Patrol Shift Lieutenant, and Patrol Division Commander.

He has been trained at both the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco, Georgia and the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia.  Mr. Grammer is a civilian and police firearms instructor who has been involved in on-duty shootings, so he is intimately versed in the issues accompanying situations where the use of lethal force is necessary.  Mr. Grammer is currently an adjunct professor at Horry-Georgetown Technical College, teaching Civil Litigation, Criminal Law, and the South Carolina State Constable's - Law Class.  He also teaches a SLED Concealed Weapons course for those applying for a handgun permit in South Carolina.
